Dallas Mechanical Group provided a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system for Kendra Scott’s new store in Waco, TX.
Along with demolishing and disposing of an existing roof top unit (RTU), we designed and installed new RTUs to update the store’s air management system—helping ensure a comfortable environment for Kendra Scott’s employees and customers.
Client Objectives
Before opening their new location, the client needed a new HVAC system that met the high standards of their luxury jewelry brand.
Solutions
Our scope of work included the demo and install of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and components.
During the project, we performed the following:
- Demolition of existing RTU and proper disposal of all materials
- Assembly and installation of three Carrier RTUs, along with all necessary components
- New duct work, diffusers, motorized dampers, and remote-sensor thermostats
